We are seeking a talented Marketing Officer to join our team. The Marketing Officer will play a crucial role in driving growth and success for our organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Thinkroot Abacus' services in the education sector
Conduct market research and gather insights to identify target audience and trend analysis
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing campaigns to generate leads and convert them into sales
Analyze marketing data and provide insights to continuously improve and optimize marketing efforts
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and colleges to promote our services and generate new leads

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think out of the box.
Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Knowledge of the education industry and its market trends.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
