We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Officer to join our team at Medi Quest Laboratory Clinic. As a Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in promoting our services and increasing our brand awareness in the healthcare industry. Your primary focus will be to attract new patients and clients to our clinic, laboratory, and diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and brand in the healthcare industry.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors in the clinic, laboratory, hospital, or pharmaceutical sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics to increase referrals.
Plan and execute promotional activities, such as events, campaigns, and outreach programs to attract new patients.
Create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts, to effectively communicate our services to potential clients.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

A Bachelor's degree in Management or Healthcare Management is required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the clinic, laboratory, hospital, or pharmaceutical sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms.
