Job Description

We are looking for a marketing enthusiast who has the credentials and passion to lead our marketing department.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:

⁠Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services as per the need.
Plan and execute monthly digital campaigns targeting students for specific intakes and study destinations.
⁠Launch seasonal promotions, open-house events, lead generation activities and other marketing campaigns.

Digital & Social Media Marketing:

Design, manage and schedule content and posts for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content for better reach and conversions.
Oversee paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and boost performance.

Partnerships & Events:

⁠Coordinate with colleges, and test prep centers for seminars and info sessions.
Organize education fairs, webinars, and in-office events to attract students.

Branding & Content:

Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels.
Design and write conmtent for banners, brochures, and social media creatives.

Lead Management & CRM:

Work with counselors to monitor lead flow and conversion metrics.
Use CRM tools (if applicable) to track campaign effectiveness and ROI.
