We are seeking a Marketing Officer with a passion for the hospitality industry to join our team at DIYALO Foodland Kathmandu. As a Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and enhancing brand presence in the highly competitive market of hotels, resorts, and restaurants. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven marketing experience, strong leadership skills, and a proactive mindset to make a significant impact on our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive business growth
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI
Lead a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and direction to achieve departmental goals
Oversee brand management activities and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels
Demonstrate expertise in digital marketing and utilize digital platforms to reach target audiences effectively
Utilize analytics and reporting tools to track and measure the success of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions
Coordinate and execute product launches and promotions to drive sales and revenue
Manage public relations initiatives to maintain a positive brand image and establish strong relationships with media outlets
Plan and execute events to create brand awareness and engage with potential customers
Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing strategies that align with business objectives
Implement customer engagement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, preferably in the Hotels/Resorts/Restaurant industry
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
Excellent knowledge and understanding of digital marketing techniques and social media platforms
Proficient in analytics and reporting tools
Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Strong budget management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines
Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for marketing

Note: Preference will be given to candidates who currently reside in the local area.
