Job Description

Neuro Hospital Bansbari, a state of the art neuro-specialty hospital, is looking for the Marketing Officer. The position will require you to play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services, enhance brand awareness, and drive patient engagement.

Report To: Chief Executive Officer 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle and sort out all social media platforms ensuring uniformity, consistency, and confidentiality
  • Implement marketing strategies for campaigns and individual projects that meet organisational goals.
  • Serve as a liaison with external production houses, overseeing the development of short videos that capture various facets of our medical institution.
  • Assess strategic partnership opportunities fostering and enhancing collaborative relationships with external healthcare institutions, particularly other hospitals and pave the way for collaborative initiatives and mutually beneficial engagements.
  • Act as a representative of the organisation, establishing trust and credibility with external partners.
  • Manage relationships with the media and the wider community
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of old marketing programs and the viability of new ones
  • Raise brand awareness by organising and attending marketing events and activities.

Some ideas for video production to get you started:

Multidisciplinary Morning Meeting (9:00 am):

  • Capture collaboration with that show individual case discussions amongst the entire hospital including the Executive Chair, Chief Executive Officer, senior consultants, junior doctors, medical officers, matron (head of nursing), other nurses, biomedical technicians, radiographers, pharmacist, pathologists, including housekeeping and security
  • Show how these cases are discussed, (lead of medical officers to present cases leading capacity development), doctors reviewing CT/MRI findings together

Daily Management Meeting:

  • Document representative discussions from each department, including the comprehensive coverage of identifying, brainstorming, and collectively solving problems during the daily management meetings.
  • Show the use of technology that keeps us effectively communicating throughout the day

24-Hour Services (except OPD):

  • Lead the development of videos showcasing nighttime Inpatient Department (IPD) care, encompassing housekeeping, nursing, security, and diagnostics services.
  • Collaborate closely with the production team to provide an in-depth view of 24-hour services for MRI, CT, ultrasound, EEG, and EMG departments.
  • Ensure the creation of videos highlighting nighttime IPD care, focusing on housekeeping, nursing, security, and diagnostic services for all relevant departments.

Cases in Neurosurgery, Neurology, and Neurointerventional:

  • Work closely with the production house to capture before-and-after scenarios of medical cases.
  • Supervise the production of videos showcasing pre-operative activities, including scrubbing, team preparation, patient readiness, as well as operating room (OT) and post- operative footage.
  • Follow patients through the entire process of their stay, providing a comprehensive narrative of their medical journey.
  • Feel free to schedule and organize meetings with medical professionals to identify relevant cases for video production and engage in detailed discussions regarding storyline development.

Required Qualification: MBA specializing in marketing with at least 2 years of experience.
