Job Description

  • Work together with the school administration and the Marketing Head to create and carry out thorough marketing strategies.
  • Manage the school’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, informative, and engaging.
  • Plan and coordinate school events like Open House, Meraki, Welcome, Farewell and Graduation programs.
  • Organize and carry out outreach programs, such as school visits, open houses, fairs, and community events, to draw in potential students.
  • Oversee the whole application procedure, in order to guarantee prompt and correct application processing and offer assistance and help to parents and students throughout the admissions process.
  • Maintain and administer the admissions database, keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all queries, applications, and enrollments.
  • Work closely with the admission team to ensure higher student enrollment.
  • Communicate successfully with potential students and parents via email, phone, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Respond to parent’s inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and produce engaging and informative content for the school.
