Job Description

  • Assist in creating and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors, helping to refine strategies.
  • Safeguard and enhance the company’s brand identity and market positioning.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels (digital, print, etc.).
  • Plan, manage, and optimize both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email, print media, and advertisements.
  • Track campaign performance and report on key metrics such as ROI, engagement,
  • Produce compelling content for various platforms such as websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to create engaging and on-brand content.
  • Foster customer relationships through various communication channels, including social media, email marketing, and loyalty programs.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, product launches, trade shows, and other promotional activities to raise brand awareness.
  • Manage event logistics, including invitations, budgets, and coordination with external vendors.
  • Conduct research to identify market trends, new opportunities, and evolving customer needs.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies, improve campaign effectiveness, and target key customer segments.
  • Generate reports to present marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and sales impact.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns align with sales goals.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including social media profiles, websites, and online advertising campaigns (e.g., SEO, PPC).
  • Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEO software) to track performance and refine online strategies.
