Job Description

Assist in creating and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s overall objectives.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors, helping to refine strategies.
Safeguard and enhance the company’s brand identity and market positioning.
Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels (digital, print, etc.).
Plan, manage, and optimize both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email, print media, and advertisements.
Track campaign performance and report on key metrics such as ROI, engagement,
Produce compelling content for various platforms such as websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to create engaging and on-brand content.
Foster customer relationships through various communication channels, including social media, email marketing, and loyalty programs.
Plan and execute marketing events, product launches, trade shows, and other promotional activities to raise brand awareness.
Manage event logistics, including invitations, budgets, and coordination with external vendors.
Conduct research to identify market trends, new opportunities, and evolving customer needs.
Use data insights to refine strategies, improve campaign effectiveness, and target key customer segments.
Generate reports to present marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and sales impact.
Work with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns align with sales goals.
Manage the company’s online presence, including social media profiles, websites, and online advertising campaigns (e.g., SEO, PPC).
Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEO software) to track performance and refine online strategies.
