Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our surgical products.
Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, trends, and competitors.
Collaborate with the sales team to create effective promotional materials.
Plan and organize trade shows and events to showcase our products.
Maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive product adoption.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of surgical products and healthcare industry trends is a plus.
Must have a valid driver's license and access to a two-wheeler.
