We seek a talented Business Development Manager with a knack for leadership and creative thinking. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of data and the ability to generate marketing ideas and strategies using said data.

Job Description

  • Focus largely on brand promotion and implement strategies towards increasing sales numbers.
  • Develop, plan, and execute strategies throughout each stage of the marketing funnel to acquire customers, and prevent churn.
  • Develop unique marketing strategies to increase customer engagement, retention and conversions and identify different sales conversion opportunities.
  • Supervise, coordinate and lead teams in customer service, video/audio content creation, and sales.
  • Devise and implement strategies to build partnerships and collaborations with various organizations.
  • Performs tasks like product research and analysis based on the current market, and forecasting viable products in the near future.
  • Leverage weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting structures and use the gathered data to set priorities for the business.
  • Growth, management, and optimization of digital channels like Tiktok. Instagram, Facebook and Youtube, for new customer acquisition & retention.
  • Manage the influencer marketing strategy to drive strong sales return.
  • Analyze app and website performance and drive strategies to improve user experience.
