Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Campaign Support:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, events).
Coordinate the production of marketing materials and collateral.

Social Media Management:

Manage and update social media accounts with engaging content.
Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities.
Assist in the creation of social media content calendars.

Content Creation:

Support the creation of marketing content, including blog posts, articles, and visuals.
Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Data Analysis:

Assist in analyzing marketing data and preparing reports.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

Event Coordination:

Assist in the planning and execution of events, including trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
Coordinate logistics, manage RSVPs, and provide on-site support as needed.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Maintain marketing databases and updated contact lists.

Market Research:

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
Compile and analyze data to support marketing strategies.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools/platforms.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with social media management tools.
Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
Knowledge of SEO principles.
Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role is a plus.
