Job Description

Reports to: Marketing Manager
Shift: Standard (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM) from Sunday to Friday

Position Overview:

Marketing Officer will be responsible for contributing to the implementation of marketing strategies. He/she will be responsible for supporting the marketing manager in overseeing the department's operations. Overall, he/she will organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.

Roles and Responsibilities

Marketing:

Assist in preparing brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for the short as well as long term
Assist in maintaining day-to-day tasks and improving the marketing strategies of the company
Preparing, planning, and project managing the publication of all publicity material and brand promotion for key product mix
To use all necessary channels to ensure staff understands their roles in replicating and promoting the brand such that the organization lives the brand
Provides leadership in designing and the production of all parts of marketing needs
Develop and implement the company's social media strategy and maximize profile across all activities. Maintain social media presence
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing, database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Promote the correct use of the company’s brand both internally and externally through digital channels
Write, edit, and proofread marketing material for use in different channels

Research and Development:

Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups
Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare measurement reports
Monitor market trends and research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities
Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

Coordination:

Maintain strong communication between marketing executives and internal and external stakeholders
Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote the success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Other tasks assigned by the line manager
