Job Description

Reports to: Marketing Manager
Shift: Standard (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM) from Sunday to Friday

Position Overview:

Marketing Officer will be responsible for contributing to the implementation of marketing strategies. He/she will be responsible for supporting the marketing manager in overseeing the department's operations. Overall, he/she will organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.

Roles and Responsibilities

Marketing:

  • Assist in preparing brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for the short as well as long term
  • Assist in maintaining day-to-day tasks and improving the marketing strategies of the company
  • Preparing, planning, and project managing the publication of all publicity material and brand promotion for key product mix
  • To use all necessary channels to ensure staff understands their roles in replicating and promoting the brand such that the organization lives the brand
  • Provides leadership in designing and the production of all parts of marketing needs
  • Develop and implement the company's social media strategy and maximize profile across all activities. Maintain social media presence
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing, database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Promote the correct use of the company’s brand both internally and externally through digital channels
  • Write, edit, and proofread marketing material for use in different channels

Research and Development:

  • Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups
  • Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare measurement reports
  • Monitor market trends and research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

Coordination:

  • Maintain strong communication between marketing executives and internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote the success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager
