Purpose of the Job: Responsible for all marketing strategies and activities within the company (Okasan Official Pvt. Ltd). Oversees the marketing department and provides direction and feedback on major projects. Makes key decisions regarding product distribution, budgeting, branding, and sales of our brand (BROCADE OFFICIAL). Works with other company officers to set the overall direction and objectives for product and service offerings.

  • Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.

Job Description

  • Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies
  • Use research findings and analysis to provide direction to regarding upcoming marketing projects, new products or services, and overall strategy
  • Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups
  • Identify areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities of our brand.
  • Approve all marketing campaigns and plans before they are implemented
  • Weighs in on important decisions involving product advertising, packaging, media channels, and branding
  • Maintain the department’s budget and ensures all marketing activities are cost-effective
  • Monitors marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed
  • Handel Distribution channel

Key Responsibility:

  • Managing and developing marketing campaigns.
  • Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
  • Conducting promotional activities.
  • Organizing and distributing financial and statistical information.
