Reports to: Marketing and PR Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Help in creating and documenting the company’s branding and media communication activities such as proposals, press releases, blogs, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and websites
• Assist in researching for content creation and identification of new business opportunities
• Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
• Contribute to brainstorming and executing various company events
• Follow up and set meetings with leads generated from Events and Digital Marketing platforms
• Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities
• Liaise with vendors and partners relating to the Marketing & Public Relations Department
• Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
• Help in preparing the annual Marketing Budget and track the expenses against the budget
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
• Keep constant track of competitors’ activity and report to the supervisor during the update meeting
• Other tasks as assigned by the respective line manager
