Job Description

We are looking for agile and innovative thinkers to help us to connect with our customers in new, creative and innovative ways. The lighting industry is in full transformation and Conventional light sources are rapidly replaced with electronic light sources (LED) and this has enabled the use of digital technology to connect and control lighting and increase functionality in a way that was never possible before. 

The development of the end-user marketing plan requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of business to business (B2B) marketing principles. You define and execute the strategy for the entire Professional Channel (Project sales) covering our Public sector, Retail & Hospitality, Office and Industry and Value Added Partner (Project dealers) segments.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 5+ years of responsible role in any combination of B2B technology marketing or end-user marketing roles or public sector: federal/municipal governments and construction line. 
  • 1+ years in CAD design and production of BOQ with ability to using computer application.
  • Experience in a top consulting firm is preferred 
  • Demonstrated understanding of business operations, marketing principles and management skills and techniques. 


  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineer/Business Administrations, marketing/sales or a related discipline


  • You are responsible for driving consistent end user marketing strategy and activities to stimulate market pull (B2B) 
  • Market Knowledge, Customer Insights & Value Propositions Collect & analyze market, industry & customer insights & deliver in the segment plan. 
  • Analyze competition, specific customer revenues, loyalty, retention rates & develop target customer lists for implementing go-to-market strategy.
  • Translate/transfer and prioritize insights and value propositions to product marketing team to work with business on supporting technologies and product portfolios. 
  • Identifies key applications and works with product marketing to position product portfolio across the applications and to identify gaps. Works directly with customers to solicit feedback on value propositions, ideas & tools. 

We are looking for:

  • A Person with strong understanding B2B business as well as end-user marketing principles 
  • Understands lighting systems and services, IOT (Internet of Things) and connected lighting is an advantage 
  • Strong cross-functional team/project management, interpersonal, and influencing skills. 
  • Strong analytical skills, especially in areas of measuring marketing effectiveness and gaining customer insights. 
  • Advanced presentation and Public Speaking skills
