We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and execution-driven Marketing Manager who understands the entrepreneurial ecosystem and is passionate about building brands that empower founders. As Brihatpreneurs grows into a leading entrepreneurial ecosystem platform, this role will play a foundational part in shaping our brand voice, community presence, and growth strategy.

This is not just a job, it’s an opportunity to build the marketing backbone of an emerging ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with Brihatpreneurs’ mission and growth goals.
Position the company as an entrepreneurial ecosystem hub.
Build brand authority through storytelling, thought leadership, and community engagement.
Design marketing campaigns targeting founders, startups, SMEs, and corporate partners.
Build strong relationships within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, paid ads, email marketing).
Manage website content strategy and brand communication.
Collaborate with ecosystem partners, mentors, investors, and institutions for joint campaigns.
Develop brand collaborations and strategic alliances.
Support event marketing, workshops, and networking initiatives.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

MBA (Marketing preferred) or relevant postgraduate qualification.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in the entrepreneurial ecosystem (startup, co-working, incubation center, accelerator, venture capital, SME development, or business services industry).
Proven experience in marketing strategy and execution.
Demonstrated ability to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

Required Skills

Strong storytelling and content development capability.
Digital marketing proficiency (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, analytics tools).
