Job Description

The Executive Search Unit of merojob, on behalf of its client, is hiring Marketing Manager to drive their marketing and sales initiatives for a leading financial technology company, established with the mission of simplifying technology for capital markets. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns including social media, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and influencer promotions.
  • Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, events, and field activations to boost brand awareness and sales.
  • Build, assign tasks, and manage a sales team for cold calling, promotion, and field campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, product teams and external marketing agencies to align marketing activities with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Set daily/weekly targets for the team and monitor performance.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance, ROI, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all channels.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of marketing executives.
  • Present regular marketing and sales performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, and offline sales activation.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Proven experience in managing sales/marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
