Bagmati Commercial is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a mid-level Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve sales targets.
Maintain relationships with existing dealers and end-users, ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for new products.
Actively explore the market to identify and acquire new dealers and potential customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient dispatches and effective communication with customers.
Monitor and manage marketing expenses to ensure resources are used efficiently and cost-effectively.
Plan and recommend events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and suggestions for improvement.
Stay current with industry developments and best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Bagmati Gas Suppliers dealt with Hydropower Projects viz. Trishuli, Madhya Marsyangdi, Bhotekoshi, Chili me, etc. Bagmati Gas Suppliers solely supplied the gases and were the major suppliers of Welding equipments to all the projects. After reaching the heights and specializing in the gases industries completely, Bagmati Commercial Pvt Ltd (BCPL) was found in August 2015 with the motto of Complete supplies of Welding Equipments, Tools & Tackles, Water Pumps, Safety Equipments, WASH construction materials and other specialized items under the tagline of “Bridging the Gaps … ” for complete ind us try building projects and construction projects.
