We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team. An experienced Marketing Manager with 2+ years of experience and a strong understanding of end-to-end marketing.

Responsibilities

Develop proposals and plans tailored to client needs.
Prepare and present detailed quotations.
Craft and deliver client pitches to secure business.
Follow up consistently to nurture client relationships.
Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project.
Brainstorm and create new ideas and strategies with team members.
Create campaign storyboards to outline concepts and execution plans.
Develop mood boards to guide the visual direction of campaigns.
Meeting with Team Member for New ideas
Collaborate with marketers to plan effective campaigns for brand promotion.
Review and approve/reject proposed campaigns based on strategic alignment and goals.
Oversee the launch of accepted marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution.
Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and clients for ongoing campaigns.
Meeting with the Production team to develop a production plan for marketing materials.
Approve or reject the production plans based on campaign requirements and feasibility.
Monitor the performance of campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Analyze feedback from launched campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Ensure seamless communication between marketing, production, and brand teams.
Stay updated with market trends and incorporate innovative ideas into campaigns.

Skills Requirement

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, especially excel and word.
Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques
Strong communication skills required
Must have 2-wheeler and a valid license
Must have a laptop
