We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team. An experienced Marketing Manager with 2+ years of experience and a strong understanding of end-to-end marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals and plans tailored to client needs.
• Prepare and present detailed quotations.
• Craft and deliver client pitches to secure business.
• Follow up consistently to nurture client relationships.
• Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project.
• Brainstorm and create new ideas and strategies with team members.
• Create campaign storyboards to outline concepts and execution plans.
• Develop mood boards to guide the visual direction of campaigns.
• Meeting with Team Member for New ideas 
• Collaborate with marketers to plan effective campaigns for brand promotion.
• Review and approve/reject proposed campaigns based on strategic alignment and goals.
• Oversee the launch of accepted marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and clients for ongoing campaigns.
• Meeting with the Production team to develop a production plan for marketing materials.
• Approve or reject the production plans based on campaign requirements and feasibility.
• Monitor the performance of campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Analyze feedback from launched campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Ensure seamless communication between marketing, production, and brand teams.
• Stay updated with market trends and incorporate innovative ideas into campaigns.

Skills Requirement

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, especially excel and word.
• Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques
• Strong communication skills required
• Must have 2-wheeler and a valid license
• Must have a laptop
