Job Description

Marketing Manager will lead and execute marketing strategies across three critical portfolios: `-endorsed diploma programs in Hospitality, Fashion, and Retail; Little Einsteins School Franchise partnerships across Nepal; and the company’s education consultancy business that supports students aiming to study abroad. He/She will also be responsible for meeting company targets and reporting on progress and performance to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

TQUK-Endorsed Diploma Programs:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote TQUK-endorsed diploma programs in Hospitality, Fashion, and Retail across Nepal.
  • Collaborate with franchise partners and educational institutions to expand program reach.
  • Design and manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, and print materials.

Little Einsteins School Franchise Partnerships:

  • Manage and grow the network of Little Einsteins School Franchise partners throughout Nepal.
  • Organize promotional events, campaigns, and partner on boarding initiatives.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing partners, providing marketing support and ensuring brand consistency across franchises.

Education Consultancy Business:

  • Market the company’s education consultancy services to attract students aspiring to study abroad.
  • Collaborate with partner universities and institutions to promote educational opportunities.
  • Develop content for online platforms, create promotional materials, and work on student engagement campaigns.

Target Setting and Achievement:

  • Work closely with the CEO to establish clear marketing targets for each business portfolio.
  • Drive marketing initiatives that align with the company’s overall business goals, ensuring successful achievement of set targets.
  • Regularly monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to meet or exceed target outcomes.

Reporting and Performance Management:

  • Prepare comprehensive reports on marketing performance, progress towards targets, and any challenges faced.
  • Report directly to the CEO, providing updates on a regular basis in line with company standards.
  • Utilize data analytics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
