Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, boost sales, and support our mission of promoting organic and vegan products. You will work closely with the sales team, manage campaigns, and engage with our target audience across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and product packaging.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement promotional activities that drive product sales.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, influencers, and media outlets.
- Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
- Organise events, product launches, and other initiatives to engage with customers and promote brand awareness.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, SEO, and PPC advertising.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and campaign performance.
