A mountain lodge situated in Manang invites application from qualified Candidate for the position of Marketing Manager. The potential candidate is expected to carry out overall Sales/Marketing of the lodge.
Placement : City office Kathmandu, visit to mountain Lodge is also inevitable as and when.
Academic Qualification : Preferably Bachelor Degree or higher in the similar field, with basic IT knowledge including Social Media.
Experience : Prior experience in the Hospitality Industries such as Hotel or Resort.
Salary : Negotiable/Performance based.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the lodge's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify target markets and develop tailored marketing plans.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print, partnerships, etc.) to maximize reach and impact
- Implement branding initiatives that resonate with the lodge's unique offerings and positioning.
- Ensure that the brand values and promises are integrated into the guest experience, from initial contact to post-stay interactions, delivering on the brand promise at every touchpoint.
- Engage and educate staff to embody the brand values, ensuring they act as brand ambassadors and consistently deliver the desired brand experience.
- Continuously assess market trends, guest preferences, and industry changes to evolve and grow the brand while maintaining its core identity.
- Cultivate positive relationships with media outlets and influencers.
- Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the lodge's image and visibility.
- Supervise and manage cooperation with cross-functional teams: Hotel General Management, Marketing, Sales and Reservations
- Cooperate in product development to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all customer touch-points
- Plan and execute promotional events, both on-site and in collaboration with external partners.
