Job Description

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our retail chain team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and developing marketing strategies to increase general sales, promote specific merchandise, and introduce new items to our customers. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the floor manager and purchasing manager to ensure that all promotions are aligned with our brand and sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the floor manager and purchasing manager to gather recommendations for promotions and merchandising
Conduct research to identify new promotion ideas that align with our brand and sales goals
Analyze demographic and sales data to monitor campaign performance and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
Work with the designer to create appealing promotion designs that attract customers
Develop location-specific promotions to drive sales in specific stores
Implement and execute marketing strategies in digital markets
Utilize digital displays to push and publish promotions remotely
Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all promotions and marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's goals and values
