Masters degree in business with a major in marketing
7-8 yrs experience as Marketing Manager in real estate business or related field
Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Age preference (30 +)

Every candidate must be proficient in MS Office package and must have fluent communication skill in English and Nepali

Establishing, promoting and maintaining company’s brand to generate business
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
Costing of projects based on market feedback and information
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Leading and mobilizing marketing team for quality lead generation
Responsible for leading marketing team to reach targets and audit team
