Job Description

Are you passionate about food, art, and community building? Are you eager to bring your marketing skills  to an exciting and dynamic environment? If so, Bagaichā is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our  team! 

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting Bagaichā and its vision to reimagine  recreation. You will work with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that align  with our values of people and planet over profit, community building, and consistent and positive  experiences. 

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: 

1. Marketing and Advertising 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with Bagaichā’s values,  mission, and vision 
  • Execute email marketing and display advertising. 
  • Verify all advertising for Bagaichā on digital channels is in alignment with brand voice. 
  • Plan and execute successful events and promotions to drive traffic and increase brand awareness 
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to  continuously improve our marketing efforts 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to ensure Bagaichā remains at the forefront of  marketing 

2. Social Media Content Management 

  • Manage and grow Bagaichā’s social media presence, website, and other digital marketing channels. 
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns through relevant digital and social media channels. 
  • Engage in proactive online reputation management by finding relevant guest comments (positive or  negative) on social media channels and respond accordingly.

3. General 

  • Control quantity and inventory of all marketing collaterals and verify copies are filed in a  comprehensive manner. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. business owners, chefs, media, and  partners). 
  • Manage photo shoots for seasonal or festive promotions in partnership with the cluster or area  marketing team.
