The Marketing Manager for FNY, will be responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and growth across multiple retail and B2B channels, specifically targeting customers in the USA, Australia, and Europe. We are an export and manufacturing company that specializes in handmade wool felt products, and this role will lead a team of content creators, social media specialists, graphic designers, and photographers to update and optimize the company's online presence and bring in new leads through social media and other channels. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for increasing brand awareness to attract new customers and expand the reach of the company's handmade products. As we sell handmade craft products and our main market is in the USA, Australia, and Europe, preference will be given to applicants who have knowledge of how to expand the digital presence in those areas and have experience in the export and manufacturing industry. Candidates are expected to research our company and industry before applying for this job.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and growth across multiple retail and B2B channels, specifically targeting customers in the USA, Australia, and Europe.
Lead and manage a team of content creators, social media specialists, graphic designers, and photographers
Update and optimize the company's online presence across all channels, including websites, social media, and online marketplaces
Bring in new leads through social media and other channels
Manage and train the marketing staff to ensure they are meeting company goals and objectives
Represent the company at trade shows and other offline events
Increase brand awareness through various marketing channels to attract new customers and expand the reach of the company's products
Interview, hire, and train new marketing staff members
Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales and outsourcing partners.
Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spent is delivering a return on investment.
Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures.
Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products.
Plan, arrange, and manage daily, weekly or monthly meetings with concerned departments.
Expand digital presence in the USA, Australia, and Europe
