  • Analyzing the effectiveness of the strategies and rectifying the variances, if any 
  • Hiring, training, and monitoring the performance of the sales support staff 
  • Handling the competitors 
  • Market Research- Identifying new market segments 
  • Participation in trade shows and conferences
