Roles and responsibilities of this job

Plan strategies for all Marketing; including Digital, Print Advertising, Social Media, and Communications.
Launch and oversee advertising and media planning through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
Product placement in E-Commerce sites and review of customer feedback.
Monitoring effective product positioning and proper branding in stores.
Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to expand the brand
presence in the market.
Carry out Marketing Research on Consumer Preference, Buying Behavior, and Trend.
Negotiating best deals with merchants for numerous campaigns and promotions.
Regularly carrying out market research, competitive analysis, and other activities.
Plan annual marketing budget and prepare a report on the performance of all
marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs).
Close monitoring of stock level and product distribution in different stores
Brief and train sales personnel about the product and brand standards.
Proper PR and customer feedback handling.
Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product
line strategy
Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Align the marketing strategies with the brand Reputation.
Regular stores and outstation visits.
Have hands-on experience with marketing tools and techniques.
Up to date with current gadgets and technology.
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online/offline marketing and measurement.
