- Manage overall marketing field staff and team.
- Manage and onboard merchants.
- Create territory and regional based growth plan of merchant networks.
- Identifying trending products of market and help in local purchase and import planning.
- Collaborate with operational team and creative team to drive marketing programs and create strategy.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.
- Manage the marketing team
across brand strategy, creative, content, media (owned, earned, paid),
analytics, campaign management to develop and execute sales, branding and
positioning initiatives across all channels:
- Online: PR, Social Media/Performance marketing, digital platforms,
- Offline: Print, event sponsorship, partnerships, Merchant
Collaborations, Channel Agents.
- Optimize campaigns
through thoughtful testing, ultimately aiming to maximize area wise merchant
acquisitions for company.
- Work collaboratively with Group
marketing functions, analytics, and campaign management teams
- Strengthen Godeals brand equity
and positioning by identifying business
