Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Manage overall marketing field staff and team.
Manage and onboard merchants.
Create territory and regional based growth plan of merchant networks.
Identifying trending products of market and help in local purchase and import planning.
Collaborate with operational team and creative team to drive marketing programs and create strategy.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.
Manage the marketing team across brand strategy, creative, content, media (owned, earned, paid), analytics, campaign management to develop and execute sales, branding and positioning initiatives across all channels:
Online: PR, Social Media/Performance marketing, digital platforms, onsite
Offline: Print, event sponsorship, partnerships, Merchant Collaborations, Channel Agents.
Optimize campaigns through thoughtful testing, ultimately aiming to maximize area wise merchant acquisitions for company.
Work collaboratively with Group marketing functions, analytics, and campaign management teams
Strengthen Godeals brand equity and positioning by identifying business

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role in marketplace/ecommerce or any relevant fields
Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Creativity and commercial awareness
A team player with a customer-oriented approach
