Job Description

  • In coordination with the Directors of TDC, the position holder leads the development and rollout of all Marketing Strategies and their implementation in line with the organization's priorities
  • Conducts continuous field visits to understand the market and maintain good PR
  • Plans and manages the Marketing team regarding field visits and PR
  • Coordinates with in-house clinic team, to develop, roll out and monitor marketing plans, documentation, brand profiling
  • Gives thorough report on the daily, weekly and monthly marketing, and makes strategic improvements
  • Create plans within the budget allocated and give proper reporting by the end
  • Maintains and upholds TDC standard of documentation, branding and profiling
  • Holds daily Marketing Meetings (MMs) with the team and weekly MMs with the directors
  • Coordinates, supervises and evaluates the work of Marketing employees
  • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
  • Collects data from the clinic for creating the marketing plans
  • Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention
  • Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
  • Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
  • Material development and publishing (print material)
  • Graphic design and layout management (digital material)
  • Website updating and management
