Job Description

Job Tasks

Responsible for implementation of strategies and marketing activities that will drive increased headcount and visits to the venue via these different marketing initiates.
Conduct various promotional events as and when required.
Ensure that the company’s brand is marketed in the correct manner to ensure a high level of awareness and acknowledgement of all amenities.
Ensure that the brand and the properties are aligned.
Oversee and have final responsibility for all direct mailings for the property.
Identify and categorize the customers and plan different discount scheme for the same.

Customer Service:

Focus on guest recognition and quality of service delivery.
Maximize guest satisfaction by ensuring efficient management of all guest issues, disputes, comments and suggestions.
Maximize the positive experience for our guests by developing effective relationships with personnel across departments.

Service Support:

Ensure efficient use and management of time.
Contribute new ideas and offer customer feedback to Operation Manager.
Report any damaged or equipment breakdowns.
Assist in creating and maintaining a safe working environment.
Support the implementation of new policies and procedures issued by the management from time to time.

Key Challenges

Promote the company in a positive manner.
