Job Description

Functional Area:  Marketing and Sales | Production | Finance

Reports to: CEO of the Company and work closely with Heads of Production Department and Operations Departments

Responsibilities:

    Marketing Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following points:

    • Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive eligible traffic to our front door
    • Setting specific objectives to develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy for our company
    • Support production department, sales, and lead generation efforts
    • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution to build brand awareness and positioning
    • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
    • Identifying new customers and retain old and regular customers
    • Produce valuable and engaging content that attracts and converts our target groups
    • Communicate the marketing plan with the Operations and Production department
    • Manage our website, social media platforms, public relation efforts, content marketing, handling and organizing company conferences, conclaves, and events
    • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
    • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely by understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appraisals, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
    • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
    • Planning, directing, coordinating, evaluating and maintaining marketing strategy and efforts
    • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
    • Analyze and evaluate competitors and consumer behavior and adjust accordingly
    • Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction
