Roles and responsibilities of this job

Managing campaigns on social media
Organizing events and product exhibitions
Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture, Monitoring performance
Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns, promotional activities
Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
Responsible for developing new businesses and implementing strategies in achieving the annual plan
Leading controlling, coaching and evaluating Marketing team in order to achieve optimum productivity

Knowledge of Web Application,Networking Terms, Information security,Penetration Testing will be an added advantage.
Organizing, preparing and coordinating all promotional activities and promotional materials
Plan and implement an annual marketing plan; regularly updating the management team on progress
Analyzing new market area, trends & implementing ongoing marketing campaigns through a number of communication channels
Should have an excellent written and spoken English and Nepali languages
Excellent presentation and convincing skills
Should be flexible with timings upon work requirement
Self-driven and motivated person with easy going nature
Positive attitude and utmost honesty towards work is appreciable
