Job Title: Marketing Intern
Location: Hybrid (On-site/Remote)
Stipend: NPR 8,000 - NPR 12,000 (based on performance)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Intern to support our marketing strategies and campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a fast-growing startup and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Create and manage content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Coordinate with influencers and our brand ambassador for promotions and collaborations.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
Support the execution of offline marketing strategies, including events and community engagement initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Design basic promotional materials using Canva or other design tools (optional but preferred).
Participate in brainstorming sessions for new ideas and marketing innovations.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Excellent communication and writing skills in Nepali and English.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design tools like Canva is a plus.
Passion for food and a keen interest in the food tech industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

What We Offer

Stipend NPR 8,000 to NPR 12,000 for a 3 - months internship (performance-based).
Food & Drinks for on-site workdays.
Transportation or fuel charges to/from the office will be reimbursed.
Gain hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns in a startup environment.
Learn from experienced professionals from the business and hospitality industries.
Work in a vibrant, dynamic environment with young entrepreneurs.
Receive a certificate and recommendation letter upon successful completion of the internship.
Opportunity to become a Full time employee at Hangrygen after the Internship.
