Job Description

Develop strategies to retain the clients
Preparing the quarterly and annual marketing budget and tracking the expenses against the budget.
Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients, and industry trends
Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects, and presentations
Communicate with the marketing team on promotions and campaigns old and new, products and services
Determine cross-selling opportunities among different organizations
Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists
Train and guide the marketing and business development associates
Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets, producing reports to monitor results, and presenting findings and suggestions to the Marketing Manager and Executive Heads
