This is a full-time on-site role for Career Counselor/Abroad Medical Admission Officer  at Global Education Counseling Centre located in Kathmandu. The role involves providing professional career counseling and visa guidance to aspiring medical students,  to help students achieve world-class education opportunities. Additionally, the Counsellor will assist students with university/college admissions overseas, visa applications, and financial statement guidelines to ensure visa success.

Key Responsibilities:

• The candidate must have experience of 1-2 years as a Career Counsellor.
• Provide professional advice on career paths and educational opportunities in various countries, focusing on MBBS/BDS programs in China, Bangladesh, and the Philippines.
  
• Assist students with the admission process, including preparing necessary documentation.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with overseas institutions and representatives via email, ensuring seamless coordination and accurate information exchange.
• Provide advice on Fee and Course Structure of different universities from respective countries.
  
• Conduct thorough market research and keyword analysis related to medical courses and education providers to attract prospective students and enhance recruitment strategies.
  
• Apply strong computer and digital skills to manage admissions data, maintain records, and streamline online application processes.
  
• Maintain fluency in English to facilitate clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, with applicants, global partners, and internal teams.
