We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to coordinate international tea sales, manage buyer communications, and expand our market reach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling tea sampling, utilizing our software to streamline communication, and identifying new business opportunities. This role also involves close collaboration with member organizations, tea producers, and global buyers to ensure smooth trade operations.

Key Responsibilities:

International Sales & Buyer Coordination:

• ⁠Communicate with international tea buyers, negotiate deals, and maintain long-term relationships.
• ⁠⁠Manage the tea sampling process, ensuring timely dispatch and follow-ups with potential buyers.
• Utilize our software to streamline communication, order management, and buyer engagement.
• Research and identify new market opportunities, expand our buyer network, and generate leads.

Coordination with Member Organizations & Tea Producers:

• Act as a liaison between tea producers, exporters, and buyers to ensure smooth trade operations.
• ⁠⁠Assist tea producers in understanding international market trends, quality requirements, and pricing strategies.
• ⁠⁠Work closely with member organizations to strengthen Nepal’s global tea branding and marketing efforts.

• ⁠Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Nepalese tea internationally.
• Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and branding initiatives.

Market Research & Reporting:

• Conduct research on international tea market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare reports on market insights, buyer feedback, and sales performance to guide business decisions.
• ⁠⁠Monitor customer preferences and provide recommendations for product development and improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in international sales, marketing, or export coordination (experience in the tea industry is a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• ⁠⁠Knowledge of tea markets, trade regulations, and export procedures is preferred.
• Experience with CRM software, email marketing tools, and digital communication platforms.
• ⁠⁠Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows, buyer meetings, and market expansion initiatives.
