• Prospect for new clients primarily through direct/B2B outbound prospecting efforts, and by working with partners and agents as a secondary source
• Manages the marketing department and uses strategy to advise all marketing plans
• Mange the client engagement cycle from prospecting, to proposal through to closing and contract signature, including the negotiations of complex contractual terms and conditions with new clients  
• Fostering teamwork, building relationships and developing internal and external alignments 
• Research on the organizational needs and convert that needs to business requirement
• Communicating with customers/clients via email or phone to establish rapport 
• Setting up sales target and reviewing it every quarter 
• Use service promotions and programs to maximize success 
• Presents regular updates and information to other department heads and executives
• Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services
• 50% field work (meeting clients to their office), 50% office work (reporting, training, preparing documents etc.) 

Note: May have 2 wheeler and a license of their own for ease of work. (Fuel expenses will be provided for office work)
