Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain MIS data in the prescribed format
Make demographic and psychographic customer analysis based on feedback from customers
Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing report
Collecting content for newsletter from sites and other department
Assist in planning all marketing events and activities
Keep track on online marketing advertisement
Regular competitors visit to keep track on industry movement and marketing strategy
Collect and prepare all data and information from site sales team and engineers
Coordinate with sales & marketing team of group’s subsidiary

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate & Housing
Good Marketing Skills
MBA – Marketing or equivalent from the reputed university
Should be knowledgeable in computer applications and expected to have positive attitude, smart personality, pleasant and cheerful nature with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people as team
Customer dealings and financial analysis
Ability to plan, develop, organize and execute marketing strategies and programs
Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
Good in planning all marketing events and activities
