Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and develop and execute marketing plans to promote Investment Guru’s training programs, podcasts, and services.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote Investment Guru’s share market training, services, and brand.
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Generate quality leads through online and offline marketing activities.
Coordinate with the content team to promote podcasts, webinars, market updates, and educational content.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to improve marketing performance.
Maintain and grow brand presence through consistent messaging and creative promotions.
Track, analyze, and report marketing campaign performance and ROI.
Organize seminars, workshops, and promotional events related to stock market education.
Build relationships with partners, influencers, and media to increase brand visibility.
Support sales and training teams with marketing materials and promotional ideas.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in media sales, advertising, marketing, or related roles (Finance or Share market related experience preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital marketing tools.
Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Ability to meet sales targets and perform effectively in a results-driven environment.
