  • Must own a bike or scooter for travel within Kathmandu Valley.

Job Description

  • Responsible for sales in the assigned product and targeted area
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase volume
  • Coordinate with dealers, wholesalers and representatives of area allotted for the achievement of sales target
  • Follow up for Payments with Dealers
  • Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning
  • Organize and monitor sales target and distributors performance
  • Focus on acquiring new customers, developing close relations and providing excellent customer service 
  • Implement scheme as per the guidelines
  • Develop new clients and areas for promotion of products
  • Availability of products at the right place
  • Good knowledge of Nepal's Geography, for route-planning
  • Inform about competitor & industries analysis
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales of distributors & scheme effectiveness report
  • Prepare and submit Monthly sales plan
  • Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies
  • Experience in Hardware Market or relevant industry, prior dealing with dealers, will be preferable

NOTE:

  • During interview visits - all the candidates are requested to bring a print out of their CV's. 
  • Office time will be 9 am to 6 pm.( In Winter 9am -5.30pm)
  • Must have own bike/scooter/car with valid driving license
