Job Description

Beyul Experiences Pvt. Ltd., a distinguished travel company specializing in bespoke journeys across Nepal, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing comprehensive marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes. This role involves close collaboration with the CEO to align marketing strategies with the company's vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement tactical marketing communications campaigns to promote drive engagement both offline and online channels in an effective way.
Plan and manage marketing activities as well as support the management in budget planning with the purpose of achieving the marketing KPIs.
Develop and produce company/event reports, brochures, related marketing materials literature ensuring that the materials are in line with the brand identity.
Understand and incorporate the use of digital marketing channels in marketing campaigns.
Work with the management on local and international advertisements, advertorials and publicity placement in print and online media.
Oversee creation, messaging and placement of marketing materials like ads, photos and video and ensure that it reach the target audience in an effective way.
Conduct research to understand market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities.
Work with external vendors on the costing, design and production of premium products.
Monitor all marketing activities and generate marketing campaign reports periodically.
Work closely with internal team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing.
