We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our Hair and Skin Department. The ideal candidate should possess 4 plus years of experience in the healthcare sector or related field, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving Marking targets and building strong customer relationships. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving marketing of hair and skin treatments, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Skills and Expertise:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve marketing targets in the Hair and Skin Department.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other marketing tactics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote brand loyalty and repeat business.
•  Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our hair and skin care products.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
• Prepare and present marketing reports, forecasts, and analyses to management on a regular basis.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase products and generate leads.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff as needed.
