About the job

We are looking for a marketing executive inside our advertising agency in order to fulfill the following roles and responsibilities. 

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with clients
• Planning and monitoring the ongoing clients presence on social media
• Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness
• Manage and train the rest of the team
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
• Ensure the working quality of team members and manage 
• Measure ROI and KPIs
• Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget (is needed) 
• Oversee all the company's social media accounts
• Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics on coordination with team members 
• Build an inbound marketing plan
• Forecast sales performance trends
• Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals
• Prepare shoot calendars and assist production team accordingly
• Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
