  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology/ Bsc. Microbiology/ Bsc. Biochemistry
  • BBA or BBS would also be accepted if experience more than 2 years in IVD or similar fields
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to make the teamwork
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite - prepare presentations and maintain customer data in Excel
  • Sales-oriented and Target-driven with good influence both internal and external
  • Solve customer queries and maintain tactics, courtesy, conformity and work ethics
  • Be customer focused and a relationship builder
  • Should be a two-wheeler license holder

Job Description

  • Identify the target customer, schedule and follow through on calls and visits to the perspective customer
  • Coordinating promotional activities, events and seminars
  • Conducting research and marketing campaigns
  • Track customer orders, sales, delivery, installations, complaints, status reports, etc.
  • Maintain customer data and prepare daily and monthly reports for management’s review
  • Develop strategies to promote customer base and product improvement
  • Plan, develop, execute marketing plan and communicate with the team
