Job Description

Developing and maintaining a good working relationship with customers
Identifying potential customers and generating new business leads
Conducting market research and analyzing customer needs and preferences
Providing product or service information and demonstrating product features to customers
Negotiating and closing sales deals with customers
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the product or service purchased
Meeting sales targets and goals set by the company
Participating in training programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills
Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
Collaborating with other members of the sales team and other departments within the company to achieve sales objectives
