Job Description

  • Identifies target customers and markets
  • Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership
  • Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify the performance of marketing initiatives
  • Help manager to analyze sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and present reports summarizing information; make recommendations based on analysis
  • Responding to marketing queries via phone, email or social media
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Prepare promotion sell-out volume with attention to market intelligence information and submit it to the marketing manager for further analysis and approval
  • Prepare input for brand and build incremental sales volume and report it to immediate supervisor
  • Co-work with the seniors in launch/ re-launch and consumer promotion activities
  • Provide market insights to manager in order to build forecast volume with distributors for NPDs
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the marketing department head
