Roles and responsibilities of this job

Providing expert counseling to individuals interested in pursuing the ACCA qualification.
Managing and developing marketing campaigns.
Good communication skill on both English and Nepali.
Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
Conducting promotional activities.
Overseeing campaigns on social media.
Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related.
Proven work experience in marketing.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Solid knowledge of market research techniques.
Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.
Solid understanding of research techniques.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than or equal to 4 years

Other Specification

Having experience in Bachelor/CA/ACCA program marketing and student counselling is preferred
Work experience in CMAT/+2 Tution Center/+2 college inside or outside Kathmandu is preferred
2 - 4 years of experienece in related field
Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting
Proficient with marketing-related software programs
Demonstrated history of planning successful product launches and events
Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and clients
Time management and organization skills in order to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects and initiatives
Leadership skills to motivate team members and manage conflicts
Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services
