Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Establish, retain, and grow strong relationships with current and new clients
Make cold calls to potential clients and pitch company’s services
Schedule meetings with potential leads and visit them for conversion with presentation
Negotiate and sign new client agreements
Generate reports on clients meets, visits and communications
Utilization of leadership, business analytics, and operation skills to address client demands
Attend events and platforms to promote company and its services
Prepare marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
Assert and handle client inquiries, and requests timely
Maintain and update client databases
Coordinating with Project Manager and other team members for client leads
Build a Marketing Strategy to achieve the targets set by Management

Note: The candidate will be entitled to incentive on new client conversions on top of salary provided.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Two years of experience in the marketing and sales field
Good phone conversational skills in English & Nepali
Potential to speak confidently with clients, and able to understand the client's needs
Exceptional presentation skills and develop presentation according to client’s nature of business
Be tactful and prompt in communicating and negotiating
Formulate client agreements and expedite deal closure
Possess good time management skills, task management, scheduling and meetings
Speak to clients about a product's different features, and answer any queries
Develop strong relationships with companies and individuals
Enthusiasm to work in the field visiting client office in Kathmandu
Good command over English (Written/Spoken)
Two Wheeler and license

Salary

Offered financial and non-financial compensation for this job

Offered Salary:NRs. 25,000 Monthly
